Realtor I grew up in the middle of Vancouver, around 25th and Cambie. My passion for real estate has come from many years being involved personally with Multi-unit residential and Industrial/commercial properties. Plus over the last 30 years, me and my wife Martha have always owned our homes. Years ago, high in the hills of Burnaby at SFU, I had the goal to become a high school history teacher. After completing all requirements, deciding then it might be better to take some Commerce courses, just in case, I completed a minor in Business Admin and proceeded to take some MBA courses. This led to a career at Xerox Canada in Sales, and the entrepreneur spirit took hold: leaving Xerox with another Sales Rep, we started Duke’s Cookies, which led to 7 stores. We sold out, taking control of a fledging energy effiencieny lighting company – Orion Scieintic – building it into a leader in the marketplace. And then for 15 years owning and building up a construction/commercial roofing company. As someone said, I know a little bit about everything. I very much enjoys dealing with people, helping them understand real estate and the process. I want to keep my clients informed, offer them service and expertise, while trying to make it a “good” experience. I have many passions: my lovely wife Martha, adoring son Robert, love of golf and the outdoors, and finally just helping people. I have been involved with coaching many youth athletic team over the years, and was Vice-President of Celebrate Canada Society and the 25th Club Captain at the University Golf Course in Vancouver. I welcome discussing with buyers or sellers the prospect of owning or buying Real Estate in British Columbia. I have been involved in home, condo Multi-unit/apartment and office strata sales.
