Andrew grew up in Vancouver, attended Simon Fraser University, and has a BA in History and a minor in Business
Administration. After graduating, he worked for Xerox Canada in sales prior to leaving to become an entrepreneur.
He was a founding partner in Duke’s Cookies, which led to seven store. After the stores were sold, he then participated in Orion
Scientific, a leader in energy efficient lighting in the Power Smart Program of B.C. Hydro.
After selling Orion in the early 90’s, Andrew with a partner owned a successful construction/commercial
roofing company for 15 years. The company was bought out by an employee buy-out. Andrew has personally
been involved in owning his own home, multi-unit apartments and industrial/commercial properties.
Andrew has coached many athletic teams over the years: Little league, Senior BB High School boys, Senior Men’s fast-pitch;
played collegiate soccer and basketball; was the 25th Club Captain at University GC in Vancouver; and was Vice- President
of Celebrate Canada Society (a non-profit organization).
There is not a golf course that Andrew would not like to play when not helping others with real estate. You might find him
golfing or traveling to exotic places to golf. Presently, has played 25 of the top 100 golf courses in the world and hopes to
try to get to 30….. Augusta and Cypress might be out of reach, but if you know someone that is playing those and needs
a fourth…… he is definitely available.
Andrew is and has been involved in home, condo, office strata, commercial and multi-unit building sales and
